Job Description/Requirements

We are looking for someone who:
•    Strong Sales and customer engagement skills through voice, chat, and/or email communications
•    Have the ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple systems
•    Are eager to advance their career with a growing and reliable company
•    Problem-solve with a can-do attitude
•    Enjoy working with a team as well as independently
•    Has a Degree in any Sales, Marketing or related Field
•    Self-driven and clearly demonstrate self-learning
•    Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment & Ability to meet deadlines.
•    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Aged 33 and Below.

    •    Should be a problem solver, self-motivated, have high attention to detail
    •    Great Love for flowers and Gifts
    •    Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical execution level
    •    Knowledge and experience implementing digital channel marketing execution and best practices
    •    Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis for Small Businesses.
    •    Strong copywriting skills and the ability to work with small companies.
    •    Bias for action and proactive nature
    •    Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
    •    A creative thinker.

    Job Specifications:
    •    Executing innovative digital sales strategies to increase the product market sharevia purchases on the various platforms.
    •    Analyze online sales statistics to determine online business growth.
    •    Advocating a positive client experience by demonstrating proactive problem solving, investigating complaints, and acting on the feedback.
    •    Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
    •    Prospect leads and initiate contact with the leads and ensure adequate follow-up to generate business opportunities.
    •    Develop eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
    •    Plan and monitor the ongoing company sales strategies on online platforms.
    •    Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
    •    Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
    •    Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
    •    Measure performance of digital sales efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
    •    Acquire insight into online sales trends and keep strategies up-to-date
    •    Maintain partnerships with vendors
