• Diploma or degree in business administration, office management or related field.
• At least 3 years continous working experience as an administrative assistant in a busy company.
• Those who have working experience acquired from insurance sector will have an added advantage
Salary: KSHS. 50,000 - 70,000 PLUS COMPANY BENEFITS
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ROLES: -
• Preparing reports.
• Processing applications on Microsoft dynamics system with all relevant policy documents.
• Preparing, checking and releasing policy documents to clients.
• Follow up on policy process (quotations, applications, renewals, payments) to ensure timely activation of policies and increase company sales.
• Renew policies. Responding to calls and emails from clients and brokers.
• Filing all hard copies of policy documents in an orderly manner to ensure safe records of policies.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
