Environment Audit Expert (EAE)

The Corporation is an environment firm registered by Government to provide environmental services including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Audits (EA), Effluent Discharge Assessment (EDA) and other related services at the global and national level.

The corporation requires the services of an Environment Associate Expert to undertake the following functions:

1.0 FUNCTIONS
1.1 Identify and establish an appropriate Environment Audit software.
1.2 Review and implement the corporate Strategic Plan.
1.3 Formulate and implement a work plan, matrix & a divisional budget.
1.4 Formulate five (5) Environmental marketing programs generating at least two (5) assignments per month.
1.5 Complete and submit a minimum of two (2) EA reports per month.
1.6 Establish a fool proof checklist to guarantee 100% recovery of all debts.
1.7 undertake training and ensure achievement of at least 50 CPD points monthly.
1.8 Generate promotional content 1 article per week, 5 adverts per week or 20 per month in 5 social media platforms
1.9 Run at least five videos in YouTube and other channels per month.
1.10 Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.

2.0 QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum:
2.1 Be registered and licensed to practice by National Environment Management Authority and be a member of at least two professional associations.
2.2 Have at least two (3) years practising experience with evidence of at least five (5) project submissions annually.
2.3 Demonstrate involvement in over 5 Environment Audit Assessments, three of which must be in category C of Second Schedule – EMCA.
2.4 Provide evidence of Graphic design works.
2.5 Provide evidence of involvement in front and backend web management.
2.6 Demonstrate ability to manage five social media flatforms.
2.7 Have a valid driving License.

3.0 TERMS

3.1 During the three-month probationary period, the officer will be entitled to: -
1. A gross salary of Kshs.25,000 monthly.
2. 20% commission based on net income generated.
3. Reimbursement of transport and other enabling costs on official duty.

3.2 The corporation will undertake a monthly performance review. At the end of a 3-month probationary period,candidates with a mean score exceeding 40% will be engaged on permanent and pensionable basis, competitive salary and other remunerations.
