Executive assistant


Job Summary

Our Company is relaunching and is looking for a professional individual Executive Assistant to the director to oversee all aspects of her personal and business affairs. As an Executive Assistance you would be the interface between premium customers, business partners and the Director.

  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

•    Minimum bachelors degree in Business Administration from a reputable institution
•    An analytical mind capable for out of the box thinking to solve problems in the local environment
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Operational and/or admin position
•    Proficiency in computer skills
•    Excellent organizational and management abilities with the confidence to prioritize
•    Excellent time management skills
•    2 years’ experience in a corporate environment
•    Must be willing and available to work occasionally after hours
•    Proven record of recent quality efficiency from an Executive
•    In depth knowledge of functionality of small to medium businesses
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with premium, regional and international clients
•    Great verbal and written communication skills
•    Managing various tasks at once to a high level of precision
•    Articulate in conveying a request concisely and precisely
•    Delivery oriented
•    Up to date with technology and applications and willing to implement and use
•    An interest in creative and report writing would be an advantage
•    An interest in creative arts and conceptual thinking would be an added advantage
•    Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel occasionally
•    Professional discretion

•    Handling correspondence directed to managers
•    Organizing and liaising with partners, clients and staff
•    Producing reports and presentations
•    Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up and filing
•    Ability to prepare and adhere to the budget
•    Organizing and coordinating events in a calm and efficient manner
•    Maintaining the current filing and database systems and looking for ways to improve current systems
•    Managing all social media accounts
•    Manage business to business accounts as well as individual clients accounts
•    Organizing and booking appointments and travel
