What does the role require?

Honestly, the role of an Athena Executive Partner is limitless. 

There isnât a âone description fits allâ as the role is wonderfully varied based on our clientsâ needs. Athena XPs, in addition to the below day-to-day requirements, have planned weddings, organized dinner parties, forged new friendships and business relationships, developed new skills like web design, and produced podcasts - and thatâs just to name a few. 

Day-to-day requirements:

Optimize your clientâs time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals

Take ownership and manage calendars and scheduling 

Research and develop plans for your clientâs personal and professional growth

Surprise and delight your client by demonstrating initiative 

Build rapport with your clientâs network and team and help to manage these important relationships 

Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media

What is needed to have a successful career as an Athena XP?

Whilst we invest in your training and development, you will need to provide your own device.

Upon successful completion of your training, you will be issued an Athena MacBook.

RAM minimum: 8GB (however 16GB is recommended)

For Laptop: 8th generation (8000 series) Core i5 or better; AMD Ryzen series processors

For Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above. If Core i3 - 10th generation or higher.

For Mac: Core i5 - 2017 or higher Core i7 - 2016 or higher (not recommended : Core i3)

A suitable work-from-home space in Kenya

Internet connection: 10 Mbps minimum

Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) at a time that suits your client (often US timezones)

Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work, however not essential

A charismatic âcan-doâ attitude

Earn $600 per month once matched with a client. Paid weekly.

Paid high-touch training with a training allowance package for a maximum of 6 weeks. Paid Weekly
