Financial Responsibilities:
Procurement Invoicing Collections Bill Payment Prepare Monthly Reports Sales Tax reporting Credit Checks Work with Tax Accountant to file Corporate Taxes Bank Statement ReconciliationOrganisational Responsibilities:
Maintain an efficient filing system, assuring easy retrieval of documents Maintain email folders for all related accounting and project-based correspondence for easy retrieval Maintain all active contract and project filesHR Responsibilities:
Work with outside payroll firm on payroll Maintain employee and payroll records Collect and review timesheets Prepare new hire packages Coordinate employees’ benefits enrolmentRequirements
