• Report to the Field Service manager
• Provide daily briefs and weekly reports
• Study technical plans and schematics for IPTV and MUDS, advise on adjustments on adjustments and changes and approvals
• Quality assurance of installation processes and procedures
• Liaisons agent, between installers, commercial agents, RSMs and different service points in the regions
• Ensure installations performed within the framework of installer Ecosystem App.
• Provide leadership to installers, mentor and advise.
