Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a meticulous, reliable and financially knowledgeable Financial Assistant to support the company's financial management and daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist with daily financial affairs, including bills, invoices, reimbursements, etc.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and records
Participate in the company's budget preparation and financial forecasting
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payment and collection
Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Assist with the analysis and report preparation of financial data
Assist with financial audits and prepare related documents and data
Maintain and update financial systems and documents
Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Manager
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting
Good at numbers, good analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous, patient, with good organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
