The ideal candidate will be Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones.

Job Description/Requirements

·        Operate a Switchboard

·        Receive, Screen and place customer service telephone calls 

·        Maintain solid customer relationships by handling enquiries, questions and concerns with speed and professionalism 

·        Resolve customer complaints, manage database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues 

·        Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

·        Welcome walk in clients entering the organization in a professional manner;

·        Deliver excellent customer service at all times

·        Email correspondences

·        Assist the company in sales execution while maximizing sales opportunities

·        Preparation of Quotations, Proposals, Reports and Invoices to clients

·        Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information

·        Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on customer support


  • A Passport Photo Must accompany all applicants
  • Minimum of 2 Years’ work experience on similar position is required.
