Job Description/Requirements
- Greet customers, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
- Book and manage customer appointments, either in person or over the phone.
- Answer calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain records, file documents, and assist with general office duties.
- Process customer payments and provide receipts.
- Update customers on the progress of repairs and communicate with suppliers.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Order parts from suppliers.
- Assist with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies.
- Check and manage emails, and forward them to appropriate personnel.
- Enter customer information and other data into the garage's computer system.
