Our client in the automotive industry is currently looking to hire a Front Office Receptionist.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description

Responsibilities
•    Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and assisting them find their way around the office
•    Helping maintain workplace security and keeping the front desk tidy & presentable
•    Maintain proper customer care and work ethics while dealing with clients
•    Answering phones in a professional manner & addressing complaint
•    Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
•    Sorting and responding to emails
•    Provide excellent customer service
•    Any other duty as may be given from time to time
 
Qualifications
•    Degree/Diploma in Front Office Reception with Telephone Switchboard skills
•    Computer literate with WORD & EXCEL skills
•    At least 6 months of experience as Front Office person
•    Social Media skills necessary
•    Smart with good command of English
•    Strong communication & people skills
