Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Front-End Development:

·       Develop visually appealing and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·       Implement and maintain front-end frameworks and libraries.

·       Ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.

2.       Back-End Development:

·       Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and APIs.

·       Work with databases, data storage, and server technologies.

·       Implement security best practices to protect user data and system integrity.

3.       Database Management:

·       Create and maintain relational and non-relational databases.

·       Optimize database performance and ensure data consistency.

4.       Collaboration:

·       Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

·       Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

5.       Testing and Debugging:

·     Write and maintain unit tests to ensure the reliability of code.

·     Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by users or other team members.

6.       Performance Optimization:

·     Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end components.

·     Implement caching and other optimization techniques.

7.       Documentation:

·     Document code, system architecture, and technical specification

·     Create user guides and documentation for other team members.

8.       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficient in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., PHP - Laravel, Node.js, Java, Python).
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL – Mongodb).
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with development environments: Dev, QA, UAT and Prod
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
