• Instituting regular and recorded project review meetings with all clients to ensure that user requirements are adequately met.
• Designing and implementing complete systems and subsystems, specific to customer requirements.
• Thorough testing of both standard and non-standard software before commissioning for use and getting customer sign-off for all billable work.
• Provide full and effective support to all customers.
• Preparing and properly filing complete customer-specific technical and user documentation within an agreed specified period.
• Conducting user-specific training when required.
