Job Description/Requirements
A leading driving school and technical college in Kenya is inviting applications for the following positions:
Skills & Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience, in a similar post
• Bachelor’s degree in Business management
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Conversant with TVETA/NTSA operations and policies
• At least 35 years and above
Key responsibilities
• Establish high level business networks and relationships that translate to actual business.
• Conduct corporate marketing and coordinate large group trainings
• Debt management:
• Identify market opportunities by monitoring and evaluating customer needs/wants, market trends, economic conditions and competitors’ trend and behaviour.
• Oversee general operations of the company
• Ensure branch managers are meeting their targets
• Representing the company in meeting and forums as maybe delegated by the Managing Director.
• Ensuring that PIBS and PDS is at all times fully compliant with all the Government requirements.
• Any other duties assigned to your position by the Managing Director
