ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Plan & Target Execution
- To provide strategic thrust and ensure achievement of overall business objectives of the Strategic Business Unit
- To create customer focused business strategies and to provide overall direction to the sales and marketing functions of the Strategic Business Unit
- Accountable for owning sales plans for Strategic Business Unit and ensuring sales targets and accounts are met and closed consistently.
- Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process to maximize on conversion rate.
- Responsible for researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads before engaging in a business proposal
- To ensure high quality market intelligence information is gathered on a continuous basis, analyzed and interpreted accurately so that management can take quick pro-active, corrective actions, whenever necessary.
- Build strong Partner echo systems for market penetration for Strategic Business Unit Solutions in new territories.
2. Revenue Generation
- To make the Strategic Business Unit achieve the industry leadership in the specific business in the market
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
- Acquiring new customers and achieving the highest customer satisfaction
- Manage and coach the partners, senior sales and presales leadership team to develop leads, actively target and follow-up with clients, identify and prioritize profitable business opportunities
- Define and align the go to market strategy for each solution and appropriately execute a sales plan with the on ground sales team.
- Promote Techno Brain as a company in the market to ensure brand recognition and awareness.
- Monitor revenue performance for the company in coordination with partners, country director and account executives in the country and own a win-win approach.
3. Relationship and Partnership management
- Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Build effective partnerships internally and externally to drive business and position Techno Brain in the market.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Maximizing on new business development opportunities and keeping a close watch on the customer base
4. Reporting and Customer management
- Write reports and make presentations to customers and senior management as assigned
- Budget consolidation and presentation
- CRM reporting and updation for competitive advantage
- Streamline and optimize the internal processes to maximize customer satisfaction, partner engagement and team productivity.
- Negotiating agreements for contracts with customers to drive Company revenues on deals
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and generate analytical reports.
- Implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the department.
