Qualifications

·         Degree or Diploma in Food Production

·         3 years minimum kitchen management experience

·         Training in HACCP

·         Disciplined, consistent & professional

·         Passion & ability to come up with exciting dishes

·         Very detail oriented with an eye for quality

·         Team player + leader + motivator

·         Able to manage kitchen costs

·         Able to oversee supplies & inventory

·         Able to nurture & train others.

·         Pastry and experience in multi cuisines an added plus



Responsibilities

·         Develop new recipes

·         Plan menus

·         Manage customer relations

·         Train the kitchen staff

·         Inventory management

·         Quality control

·         Monitor and maintain food safety standards

·         Coordinate with the purchasing department

·         Maintain excellent guest relations
