Added knowledge of other curriculums like IGCSE, IB is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
●Leadership & Management:
○Lead the Junior School team in delivering a high standard of education.
○Support and manage teaching staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative working environment.
○Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the curriculum.
●Student Development:
○Oversee the academic and personal development of all students, ensuring they are supported in their learning and growth.
○Implement strategies to meet the diverse needs of students and promote their holistic development.
○Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and success.
●Parent & Community Engagement:
○Establish and maintain strong communication channels with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and school activities.
○Engage with the wider school community to enhance the reputation and achievements of the Junior School.
●Operational Management:
○Manage the daily operations of the Junior School, including scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to school policies.
○Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
●P1 Certificate or Degree in Education (required).
●Minimum of 3 years of experience in a teaching or leadership role within a school setting.
●Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●Dedication to fostering a positive and effective learning environment for young children.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
