Job Description/Requirements
a)Sales Strategy:
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
● Conduct sales forecasting and set sales targets for the sales team.
● Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
b)Marketing Campaigns:
● Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
● Develop and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
● Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make improvements.
c)Market Research:
● Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
● Use market research insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
● Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
d)Sales Operations:
● Oversee sales operations and ensure efficient sales processes.
● Develop and implement sales policies and procedures.
● Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
e) Customer Relationship Management:
● Manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
● Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
● Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
f)Brand Management:
● Develop and manage the company’s brand identity and positioning.
● Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
● Manage brand reputation and address any negative publicity.
g)Digital marketing:
● Utilize digital marketing strategies to reach and engage customers online.
● Manage the company's online presence, including website and social media channels.
● Develop and implement SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
h)Budget Management:
● Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
● Monitor and control marketing expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
● Prepare financial reports related to sales and marketing activities.
i)Team Leadership:
● Lead ,train, and develop the sales and marketing team to enhance their skills and performance.
● Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales and marketing department.
● Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. .
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a senior sales leadership role within the hardware industry.
Skills:
● Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
● Strong understanding of hardware products and industry trends, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to analyse sales performance data and make data-driven decisions.
● Proficiency in CRM software
