We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated Commission-Based Sales Representatives to promote Accord Managed Care’s wide range of cost saving services, including:

• Hospital Bill Review

• Treatment Quotation & Cost Comparison

• Bespoke Managed Care Services

• SHIF Benefit Optimization

• Expert Medical Opinion – Local & International

• Medical Travel Facilitation & Referrals

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage individuals, families, and caregivers who are struggling with or anticipating high medical costs

• Educate prospects on how Accord Managed Care can assist in managing and reducing healthcare expenses

• Assist with registration and onboarding of new clients through approved channels

• Build and maintain referral networks (e.g., hospitals, clinics, insurance agents, community leaders)

• Track and report engagements and conversions weekly

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in healthcare, community health, public health, sales, or a related discipline

• Previous experience working in a hospital, clinic, health insurance, or any healthcare-related setting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Kiswahili

• Basic digital literacy (e.g., WhatsApp, mobile forms, CRM tools)

• Professional integrity and ability to maintain client confidentiality
