At least 2 years previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
• Verifiable training in a hospitality training institution
• 03 verifiable references (non-relatives)
• OPERA experience is an added advantage
• MICROS experience will be an added advantage
• Very presentable and 100% fluency in both written & spoken English
• Knowledge of a foreign language will be an added advantage
• Available to work Evening plus night shifts and also on weekends and holidays
• Be Honest, Trustworthy & Reliable
