Job Description/Requirements

Role Duties & Responsibilities - Human Resource Function

·       Assisting in recruitment, selection, new employee onboarding.

·       Update HR system(Hsendit)

·       Organize and maintain employee records.

·       Assisting to prepare HR documents such as employee contracts and guides.

·       Assist in payroll updates and ensure payroll data is up to date and statutory requirements are met.

·       Assist with employee performance management.

·       Assit in analysis and planing of employee training needs.

·       Ensure employee health, safety, and welfare in liaison with the HRBPs

·       Maintain disciplinary meeting records

·       Overseeing employee exit requirements and assist in exit interviews.

·       Updating employee files to match system data.

·       Coordinating preparation of reports, and analyzing data.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by management.


Administration Function

•       Office Management: Welcome visitors in liaison with the office assistant, Coordinate company meetings and events, facility, Facility and Office supplies sourcing.

•       Travel: Arrange and schedule for all employee travel logistics and accommodation

•       Correspondence: Handle in-coming and out-going company communication

•       Payments: Enter payments for approval, Manage petty-cash payments

•       Accounting: Pre-accounting work and documents filing

•       Legal: Prepare contracts for review and documents for signature

•       Ensure efficient use of company assets and resources and their security

•       Ensure timely reports on incidences within the company

•       Provide administrative support where needed

•       Perform any other duties assigned by management


Qualification, Skills and Experience

•       Minimum qualification: Diploma with related professional certificates in Human Resource Management.


Experience level: Mid to Junior level - Preferred:

•       3-5 years of relevant experience to the role in a busy HR and Administration department

•       Exposure and understanding of Kenyan Labour Laws

Salary grade Range: ksh (60,000-80,000) Sixty to eighty thousand.
