Talent Acquisition

Recruitment process Management Translate business needs into job/ candidate profiles Candidate sourcing and screening Stakeholder management and customer service Manage the Applicant Tracking System ensuring data integrity and accuracy Ensure smooth on-boarding processes for new hires Play an active role in making our recruitment process and tools better every day

HR Operations- ESA

Support the development and execution of the HR operations strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives Maintain employee records and files, ensuring data integrity, completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality in compliance with data protection laws and regulations Prepare and present People-related data and analytics to management and leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Education, Preferred Skills, Knowledge And Experience

5+ years of experience (Agency or Inhouse) handling end to end recruitment in various regional roles Preferred recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong hiring manager and candidate satisfaction Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.) Have practical knowledge & experience in HR operations /service delivery Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization High attention to detail, fantastic organizational and time management skills Self-driven, result- oriented and action-focused Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of HRIS Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Professional HR certifications are highly desirable Ability to work independently, strong can-do attitude & a willingness to adapt to changing environments.
