Job Description/Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

1. Serves as a trusted advisor to the Site Director to guide business decisions and is sought out for his/her perspective in people-related decisions while also providing Site Director with any new and/or current Labor-related Laws/changes that may affect the company

2. Works closely with management to improve employee work relationships, engagement, retention, and performance.

3. Is instrumental in driving the group’s culture through the mission, core values, expected

4. behaviors and customer service principles.

5. Participates in the on-boarding of new employees which may include recruitment and creating job advertisements along with any exit interviews which may fall in the entire hiring cycle

6. Maintains proper files for all employees while keeping confidential

7. Documents all activity of all employees during their work at the company as per the Policies and procedures

8. Develops human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps and develops specific programs for the filling of the gaps.

9. Facilitates, manages, and leads change for organizational alignment.

10. Leads the HR organization in making a difference, impacting the success of the business, and supporting the evolution of the organization

11. Develop and executes innovative programs that drive business performance improvements and desired outcomes in collaboration with the company leadership.

12. Understands conditions and trends in the business and effectively envisions, develops, and implements new strategies to address competitive, complex current and future business issues.

13. Prepares monthly Payroll for finance by preparing all hours of employees, along with any Overtime, Leave Days, sick leaves that may affect their monthly salary

14. Monitors effectiveness of recruitment and staffing programs for the assigned business units and e. Ensures business units have an appropriate talent pipeline.

15. Provides input and guidance in the development and improvement of Talent Acquisition tools and processes as well on business unit restructures and succession/replacement management.

16. Ensures the organization is prepared to effectively implement talent management/succession planning and annual organization and talent review processes to identify talent, develop effective retention strategies, implement effective succession planning, deliver appropriate training, etc.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 -6 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
