Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and develop the Human Resource function within the Hospital.Develop and implement HR strategic and operational plansDevelop, review, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.Provide professional support and advice to all managers and staff in relation to Human Resource issues.Monitor and advise strategically and operationally in relation to the management of the Hospital’s employment ceiling.Oversee the provision of proper, timely and comprehensive staff induction.Develop and implement effective methods for monitoring and managing absenteeism levels.Monitor all leave, ensuring that procedures and guidelines are adhered toEnsure that staff grievances and disciplinary matters are dealt with in accordance with the Company’s policies and Employment Act-2007.Oversee the recruitment and selection function in accordance with the relevant legislationAny other duty as may be assigned.
