Job Description/Requirements
● Perform Basic Technician tasks such as soldering devices etc
● Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
● Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
● Install, configure, and maintain ICT systems, including computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
● Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications and user accounts.
● Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
● Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
● Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security patches.
● Train end-users on ICT systems and applications as needed.
● Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the ICT field.
● Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
