Job Description (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Kenya Airways, the leading African airline flying to more African destinations than any other carrier, takes pride in being at the forefront of connecting Africa to the world and the World to Africa through its hub Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.Summary Organize, conduct &evaluate training & development programmes to enhance organizational and individual performance of operational personnel and commercial customers.Responsibilities Design and Develop Safety & Emergency Procedure training programs in compliance with Industry standards, Organizational needs, and staff development needsOrganizetraining logistics including preparation of learning material and venuearrangementsConducttraining needs assessment to Identify training and development needsDelivertraining programs in areas of Safety & Emergency and other relevant staffdevelopment courses in accordance with the approved syllabi/curriculumPrepare,administer, mark examinations, and communicate resultsPreparereports on all trainings conducted to enable continuous evaluation of trainingIssuecertificates to qualified participantsPrepareand submit accurate and complete training records within the stipulated timeReviewtraining materials to reflect company standards, regulatory requirements andapplicable industry standards.”Maintaincompetency, qualification and where required certified in the subject matterrequired to deliverAct asinternal consultant in subject matter areas and support in driving organizationchangeParticipatein the development and sharing of annual training calendar in liaison withrelevant managersCreate alearning culture by always engaging learners and their managers.Collectparticipants feedback on delivered learning solutions and ensure regularevolution trainingMonitorand evaluate implementation of the trainings to ensure effective transfer ofskills and identify further training needs to continuously improve performance(Level 3).Supportin the development, monitoring and implementation of e-learning in subjectmatter areas.Delivercommercial training programs to contribute to the achievement of revenuegeneration. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree/DiplomaThree years of relevant experience aspurser.Excellent communication, interpersonaland presentation skillsLeading selfInstructional design and delivery skillsMotivational skillsProficiency in office productivity skills Additional Details Analyticalskills with good judgementInterpersonalunderstanding Self confidence Ability to work under pressure Self- control
