Job Description/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK)
• At least 3 years of experience in handling insurance matters from an Insurance Company, a busy Insurance Brokerage Firm or a busy commercial business environment
• 25-35 years of age
The duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
• Look for quotes from Insurance companies.
• Recording of all insurance policies and updating the Insurance portfolio/Register
• Handling and processing of all types of claims and follow ups. Ensuring claim forms are correctly filled
• Liaising with insurance agents/company
• Ensuring Insurance Premium payments are processed on time
• Liase with appointed loss adjusters on insurance claims
• Assess the reasonableness of existing insurance covers for the group and advise management on instances of underinsurance and or over insurance
• Any other duty assigned by Management
