We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed Marketing Manager to join our small team. You’ll have an interest in business and a creative streak that you want to utilise, and a desire to add huge value to a small but growing company. 


You’ll be responsible for generating new leads on a weekly basis through the implementation of a marketing strategy that you have helped develop. This will include producing weekly Newsletters, Adverts, Pr, Social Media, Youtube videos and producing / curating other content that will increase our reach and visibility. 


You will be familiar with marketing automation systems, graphic design software and all the main social media platforms. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to write compelling copy and evidence the production of high quality marketing collateral. 


We’ll help you develop your already great marketing skillset, by providing you international experience as well as first class training, mentorship and coaching to help you achieve your full potential. 


We’ll train you in Business planning, Goal setting,  Marketing, Business Systems, and help you become a confident and valued member of our team.. 


To be a success with us, you’ll need to demonstrate a growth mindset and be open to reading / watching / listening to the stuff that will help you improve your capabilities. You’ll also need to be comfortable with tech and IT, and have an open mind to learning new systems.  


We’ll offer you a competitive starting salary (on a self employed basis) plus other performance based bonuses on successful completion of a 3 month probationary period..

The Role

•    Creation & implementation of an agreed annualised Marketing strategy for 2022
•    Creation and implementation of quarterly, monthly and weekly marketing plans
•    Identifying prospects through social searching that align with our numerous client avatars.
•    Creation & delivery of targeted marketing messages to suspects and prospects
•    Enhancing our customer journey through the use of software and automation.
•    Write copy for blogs, pr pieces and the weekly newsletter
•    Source and create images, videos and content for Newsletter
•    Edit video content and upload to youtube / website and other channels
•    Social media - creating & scheduling content
•    Source and create PR opportunities
•    Analyse & report on website visits and CRM data
•    Create lead magnets
•    Publish events to Website

•    Design adverts 
•    Schedule content
•    SEO & Wordpress Website upgrades.

Because of our geographical location in relation to yours, for obvious reasons this role needs to be self employed. We will guarantee the successful applicant that we will always act in line with our values and honour the same levels of guarantee that you’d get in an employed role, the exception being that you’ll be responsible for invoicing us and your annual tax liabilities. We’ll pay you for 25 days of holiday per year. You will be responsible for invoicing us on an ongoing monthly basis in the UK Sterling rate of the KES equivalent which will be transferred on the day of the invoice. 


Ownership of a capable laptop and full time access to a robust and stable internet connection is essential for this position.
