Eden is looking for a great Inventory controller who is proactive, motivated, and has a strong desire to take on new challenges. You will support the food production team in delivering Healthy and Delicious meals that are always on time by sourcing fresh raw produce, storage, tracking usage levels, and reporting against relevant metrics.

Plan, organize and participate in daily stores operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Own physical custody and safekeep of inventory and collaborate with other stakeholders in ensuring that inventory is properly received, stored in the right conditions, and issued for production in a timely manner.
Ensures that processes around inventory management and controls are adhered to and all documents necessary for the proper implementation of the processes are properly generated and stored in the right format.
Owns inventory master list on the system as well as processes around invoicing of vendors and issue of inventory to production.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations; Perform daily inspection of storage facilities.
Receive, unpack, pack, issue, and store produce/ingredients delivered to the production facility; complete all required documentation.
Supervise the processing of meal prep station requisitions, and track produce issued out to stations for daily food production; ensure all required documentation are completed and accurate.
Ensure accurate stock/inventory balances are updated daily; identify produce needed for production, and assure adequate stock levels.
Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the storage; file records as required.
Communicate and coordinate with other units on the Food Production team, and other teams at Eden.
A Degree in Purchasing and Supply, Finance, Economics or any other related field.
Minimum of 3 years work experience.preferably in a commercial kitchen or food industry
Ability to skillfully gather and analyze information as well as effectively read and interpret data.
Should be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Should be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality with little to no supervision.
Must have strong analytical skills.
Motivated with a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
