The Role

Lead, plan and manage various initiatives, driving forward the execution Provide guidance and direction to promote the development of viable project proposals for the development and/or acquisition of IT solutions to facilitate the success of business development Push forward the implementation of full software development cycles Securing resources from external sourcing as appropriate to ensure timely project completion according to agreed constraints Establishing a network of working relationships with global resource pool managers Maintaining a sound knowledge of trends in the Information Technology market and how emerging technologies can benefit the company. Ensure the company’s safety by checking risk management activities, working with leadership

Requirements

10 years of experience Bachelors degree Proven track record of major project delivery, business/enterprise knowledge, communication, planning and project management skills will also be required Superb client relationship skills Experience in the financial/insurance industry would be preferred
