As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure, supporting both internal operations and customer-facing systems. Roles and Responsibilities 

Responsibilities:

1.System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

● Perform regular system checks to ensure the stability and efficiency of our IT systems.

● Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.

2.Network Management:

● Manage and optimize the company's local area network (LAN) and ensure connectivity across all departments.

● Collaborate with external vendors to maintain and upgrade network infrastructure as needed.

3.Data Security:

● Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard company data.

● Conduct regular security audits and update protocols to address emerging threats.

4.User Support:

● Provide technical support to internal users, addressing hardware and software-related queries.

● Develop and deliver training programs to enhance IT literacy among staff.

5.Software Implementation and Upgrades:

● Coordinate the implementation of new software applications and upgrades.

● Ensure compatibility of software solutions with existing systems.

6.IT Policy Development:

● Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.

● Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend improvements to existing policies.

7.Collaboration:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT requirements and provide effective solutions.

● Work closely with the development team to integrate IT solutions into our food app platform.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field/diploma.

● Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.

● Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

● Strong knowledge of network management and security protocols.

● Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in information technology.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
