About the role
As a Product Designer at xFusion, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our ML cloud platform and analytics app store. You’ll work closely with product managers, engine ers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible designs that delight our users. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and has a strong foundation in both UI and UX design principles.

What you'll be doing
● Work with design tools such as Figma to create detailed and scalable design assets for web and mobile platforms
● Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process and ensure a user-centered approach
● Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
● Contribute to and maintain xFusion’s design system, ensuring that UI components and patterns are reusable, scalable, and consistent across the platform
● Partner with product managers to define design requirements and ensure that the user experience aligns with business objectives. Collaborate with engineers to understand technical constraints and provide solutions that balance user needs with feasibility
● Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the user experience
● Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure the accurate implementation of your designs, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
● Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative design processes. Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
● Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for best practices within the team

Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and/or mobile applications.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
● Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, with a focus on consistency and scalability.
● Strong understanding of UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
● Ability to translate user research findings into actionable design insights and create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
● Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
● Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand the technical implementation of your designs.
● Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design practices.
● Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for creating inclusive designs.
● Experience working in an Agile development environment.
