Who is Mauve Group, and what do we do?
Mauve Group began its journey in 1996, in a tiny office above a post office in Teolo, Italy. Fast-forward nearly three decades, and we now stand as a leading, award-winning Employer of Record and employment solutions provider in the global HR industry.
Mauve’s in-house teams across HR, Payroll, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and more create a global network of experts who opt for hybrid working or fully-remote. Our people are pivotal to supporting more than 2,250 start-ups and multinational corporations in more than 70 industries, across different time zones in 150+ countries. We help organisations to mitigate risks, reduce operational costs, and scale at pace – whether they’re expanding internationally, hiring talent in-country, or both.
And there’s more. As a people-focused company, our team is united by a shared passion for delivering high-quality, impactful work. In return, we offer a variety of perks and benefits; more on these a little later.
