Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the skincare and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and beauty products, have a deep understanding of the market, and possess exceptional sales and customer service skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Job Description/Requirements

Age: 25-35

Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Generation:

        ◦ Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

        ◦ Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

        ◦ Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue.


• Product Knowledge:

        ◦ Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

        ◦ Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and skincare routines.

        ◦ Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge.


• Promotional Activities:

        ◦ Participate in and organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

        ◦ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.

        ◦ Ensure effective merchandising and display of products in retail settings.


    • Education and Experience:

        ◦ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

        ◦ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.

        ◦ Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and trends.

    • Skills and Competencies:

        ◦ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

        ◦ Strong negotiation and closing skills.

        ◦ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

        ◦ Self-motivated and dedicated to growing with the brand.

        ◦ Strong organizational and time management skills.

        ◦ Passionate about skincare and beauty.

        ◦ Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

        ◦ Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.

        ◦ Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
