1. Selling insurance policies
2. Conducting sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
3. Visiting potential clients to evaluate needs and/or promoting products and services
4. Negotiating life policy contracts to potential clients with an aim of closing sales
5. Advise clients on how to minimize risk.
6. Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
• Experience in any sales job (added advantage)
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills including ability to quickly build relationships ( Very key)
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong desire to make money with minimal supervision
• Living in Thika or its environs
• 25 years and above
Remuneration purely on commission basis.
