Job Description/Requirements
SECTION A: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supplier on-boarding and relationship management.
- Managing the visual representation of products including names, features, descriptions, images, and videos.
- Product lists curation and moderation.
- Understanding and providing category products' technical information to the customer service teams and customers.
- Negotiating prices with suppliers.
- Utilizing technical knowledge, business trends, technology, and industry changes to identify areas of opportunity for customer need fulfillment.
SECTION B: QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be above 21 years of age.
- A minimum of C+ (plus) in KCSE or equivalent.
- Minimum of a training Certificate or Diploma.
- Proficiency in oral AND written English.
- Proficiency in computer and internet use.
- Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday).
- Training/experience in sales and/or accounting will be an added advantage.
- Training/Experience and knowledge in one of the following product categories:
