Loan Officers / Collection Officers

Job Summary

We are a credit only lending institution looking for qualified and dedicated candidates to join our Team as Field Loan Officers and Collection Officers. Previous work experience in Sales & Marketing in the Field and prospecting customers will be an added advantage.

Carry out customer applications, approvals, and disbursement of loans, customer education and follow up and collection of loans. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain, Acquire and Grow Customer Base: Acquire new customers, support and retain existing customers and grow the customer base of the market to deliver

Generate Revenue : Consistent delivery of monthly disbursement and collection targets. This includes sales & marketing, leads generation and conversions, customer onboarding and site visits, loan application and collection

Customer Service Delivery : Daily reminder calls, for installments due, home visits for all new customers,

customer education

Know Your Customer and Due Diligence : Conduct proper due diligence and KYC to ensure that the customer is a viable customer in accordance with the laid down procedures 

Relationship management ; Work with Collection Officer to serve customers by a relationship management approach, gather intel and maintain relationship with market authorities

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma or degree in any field
• No Experience / Less than 1 year
• Must be willing to work anywhere in the Country
