Job Description/Requirements
We are pleased to announce that we are currently recruiting for a Mail Administrator for our team in Kenya. We are looking for someone with a high sense of responsibility and organizational skills to support our mail management and communication work.
Position: Mail Administrator
Work Location: Nairobi
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing and managing mail and communications within and outside the company.
Regularly check and sort mail to ensure that all mail is processed in a timely manner.
Assist team members with mail-related needs and provide support to ensure efficient communication.
Maintain mail records and databases to ensure information security and confidentiality.
Coordinate postal and courier services to manage mail delivery and receipt of items.
Handle customer and supplier mail inquiries and answer common questions.
Qualifications:
High school degree or above, relevant work experience is preferred.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with the operating procedures of postal and courier services is preferred.
