We are looking for new talent to join our team

Role Purpose
This position will effectively implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules at the plant for all electrical and mechanical machines, equipment and plant facilities for maximum efficiency and life.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Process, plan, implement and control, review and adjust planned maintenance schedule.
• Preventive and condition based maintenance of machines as per laid down instructions and procedures to ensure a smooth running
• Trouble shooting mechanical equipment’s and machine failures by inspection and testing and prescribing corrective action and reinstating it back to its working condition.
• Initiating purchase requisition for machine spare parts for maintenance
• Coordinating maintenance team for proper work performance
• Logging details of work performed on data records to enable further action, planning for next service and storage as history.
• Machine installation, commissioning, modification, improvement and innovation to improve efficiency.
• Support SHE, 6K, PaTaMu, GMP/FSMS initiatives and objectives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Experience
• BSc Mechanical Engineering plant option or Diploma in Technology Or Mechanical Engineering Technician
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Maintenance of Industrial Machinery and equipment in Manufacturing Firm
• A good knowledge in machines trouble shooting and preventive maintenance
• SAP PM module knowledge as an added advantage
