Marketing and Customer Relationship Officer

Job Summary

The overall purpose of this position is to ensure the clinic constantly gains new patients while maintaining the existing ones with exceptional customer services.

Job Description/Requirements

Main Duties and Responsibilities

I.    Marketing & Community Outreach

1.    To market the clinic and its services
2.    To organize and execute community outreach events
3.    To prepare and execute a marketing plan
4.    To call clients and give reminders to ensure payments are made in good time
5.    To prepare of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually marketing reports
6.    To resolve customers’ complains
7.    To perform data analytics and trend analysis
8.    To prepare marketing presentations for pitching purposes
9.    To maintain a marketing database: upload and update the information of potential clients into the CRM system
10.   To identify marketing trends, including evolving customer needs and key opportunities for innovation and submit ideas to management for experimental and marketing and sales programs

II.    Customer Relationship

11.    To handle all matters related to insurance claims
12.    Balance the monthly production reports with the income statements and print for Director’s perusal
13.    Balance the collection reports and print for Director’s perusal
14.    To assist in filing and payment for PAYE, Withholding taxes, NHIF, NSSF
15.    To assist the staff in filing taxes annually
16.    To assist in ensuring that the clinic is fully compliant with the latest legislation and make the most of all the available allowances and reliefs to minimize our liabilities.
17.    To assist the Customer Relationship Manager in running the front office department 

The Requirements

1.    Problem solving abilities
2.    Rapport building skills
3.    Excellent communication skills
4.    Excellent computer skills
5.    A minimum of 3 years in marketing and 1 year in admin (with a track record of success)
6.    Diploma in marketing or related fields
