Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Lead (Entry-Level) will play a key role in both digital and general marketing efforts, developing strategies to grow Bree's Bees' online and offline presence.

The ideal candidate will contribute to planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple marketing channels. This is an opportunity to lead impactful projects that span across digital marketing, content creation, SEO, traditional marketing, and strategic development.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Planning:

● Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies that integrate both digital and traditional methods to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth in both online and offline markets.

● Work with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with Bree's Bees' business goals.

2. Digital Marketing Leadership:

● Lead Bree's Bees' digital marketing efforts, including managing social media platforms, content creation, and paid online campaigns.

● Develop a digital content calendar and oversee the execution of campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.

● Use data analytics to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize strategies.

3. General Marketing & Brand Management:

● Develop and oversee traditional marketing efforts such as print advertising, partnerships, and in-store promotions to enhance Bree’s Bees' brand recognition.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials (flyers, posters, brochures) and coordinate local events or activations that promote Bree’s Bees' products.

● Establish relationships with distributors and retail partners, supporting point-of-sale marketing activities.

4. Content Creation & SEO:

● Oversee the creation of digital content, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and newsletters, ensuring all content aligns with Bree’s Bees’ branding and messaging.

● Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and drive website traffic.

● Update website content regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimization for search engines.

5. Data-Driven Campaign Optimization:

● Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite) to monitor campaign performance and track key marketing metrics.

● Provide insights from data analysis to inform future campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation of strategies.

● Identify new trends and emerging technologies to keep Bree’s Bees at the forefront of digital innovation.

6. CRM & Customer Engagement:

● Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to personalize marketing communications and enhance customer loyalty.

● Develop email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversion.

7. Cross-Channel Collaboration:

● Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store marketing activities.

● Collaborate with operations and distribution teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into sales growth and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

● Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.

● Experience with social media management, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.

● Excellent communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.

● Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, Canva).

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

● A passion for marketing and a strong interest in the health and wellness sector.
