MARKETING MANAGER – AGRONOMIST (KENYAN CITIZEN)

Position: Marketing Manager - Agronomist

Level: Senior Level

Location: Outskirts - Nairobi

Age Group: 30 - 40 years 

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Agri-Business or similar.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in agri-business, preferably in a flower farm or high-yield fruit sector.

• Proven track record of successful marketing strategies and achieving sales targets.

• Hands on Experience over Export operations and good working Knowledge with SAP B1 module is an added advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Verbal and Written Communication skills in English & Kiswahili is Mandatory. Additional Foreign language would be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and promotions.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the flower farm products and high-yield fruits.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop strategies to attract new customers.

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.

• Handle budgeting and allocate resources appropriately to achieve marketing objectives.

Salary: Negotiable based on the Qualification and Experience of the Candidate.
