Job Description/Requirements
The position entails sales and marketing with a retainer of Kes 20,000 plus commissions on probation. The company will provide supporting tools to enable good results. The retainer will be revised immediately upon prove of ability to attain targets. Confirmation of employment with different terms will only be after excellent performance during probation.
The position requires a mature person, with strong ability to close
business deals and has the drive to grow business and build capacity
Qualification and competencies:
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of operational procedures related to microfinance
• Marketing /Strong selling, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to make good business decision.
• Be a holder of at least a certificate in marketing / Business administration or any other Business related field
• Ability to learn very fast and multitask.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the banking related industry
• Experience in insurance products sales will be an added advantage
• Should be 28 years and above.
