Main Responsibilities:

Design, plan and execute marketing activities

Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities.

Responsible for content management and promotion of the company's website, social media and other digital platforms.

Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new customers.

Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Propose improvement suggestions and optimize marketing strategies.
