Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a highly energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Architect with expertise in master planning (200 acres or more) in our growing practice. The position will work under the supervision of a senior project manager on all aspects of project delivery and provides expansive exposure to the multi-faceted field of master planning architecture.
Main Tasks:
Develop multiple Masterplan concepts
Delineate land uses, and establish building size, massing, and parking requirements.
Establish phases and design the site to respond to a logical phasing timeline.
Present and review the master plan concepts
Qualifications
5-10 + years of experience, some master planning experience is a must
Understanding building regulations for submission and flow of traffic planning essential
Proficiency in free-hand sketching, Revit, SketchUp, and Archicad is important. 3D Modeling skills a plus
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
This job requires you to work mostly remotely
