Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance of milling equipment and machinery Lead and manage the mill processing plant team Prepare and implement operational plans Propose capital expenditure projects for process improvements Monitor production budgets and performance Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Oversee recruitment and development of millers, supervisors, and operators Collaborate with management to achieve business objectivesRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related discipline Those with milling certificates have an added advantage 5-10 years’ experience in food processing in a manufacturing/production setting Deep understanding of the production process and familiarity with the equipment and machinery used in a flour mill Excellent organizational and leadership skills Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate team members Strong problem-solving abilities Mechanical aptitude and computer skillsImportant Safety Tips
