Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and dedicated educators for multiple teaching positions across various disciplines, including Home Science, Biology/Chemistry, Physical Education, and Music. Each teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons according to the approved curriculum while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The roles involve assessing and monitoring student progress, maintaining communication with parents and guardians, and contributing to extracurricular activities where applicable. All positions require registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) in Kenya and relevant educational qualifications. These roles are integral to providing a holistic educational experience and promoting academic excellence within the school community.

Job Description/Requirements
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Design and administer assessments and tests to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- Regularly monitor and assess students' performance, keeping accurate records.
- Prepare and submit timely progress reports.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on students' progress, discussing challenges, and soliciting their support in the educational process.
- Uphold ethical standards in teaching, maintaining a commitment to fostering an environment of respect, integrity, and fairness.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, including sports teams, music ensembles, or clubs, where applicable.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Competencies Required:
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) in Kenya.
- Relevant teaching experience, with a preference for experience in handling candidate classes and working with both local and international curriculums (e.g., CBC, 844, British, Cambridge/IGCSE).
- Proficiency in subject-specific content, including theory, practical applications, and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and lead extracurricular activities related to the subject area.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Participation in professional development courses or workshops is an added advantage.
