Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate demand - good knowledge of the FMCG market, ability to understand and sell the company's products confidently.
- Build Relationships – Create and maintain a positive influence over clients that leads to customer retention and new lead generation.
- Sell and make follow ups - Understand client requirements and have the ability to close deals.
- Lead and supervise the sales team
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- 5 years working experience in sales, preferably FMCG
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be able to collect market data
- Be confident and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- You MUST have a valid driver’s license class BCE (Must have over 3 years driving experience)
- Be willing to travel to different regions within the country.
