OUR CLIENT

Our client, a German charity running a support programme for elderly and children with special disability is looking for a German speaking Nurse Assistant.

THE JOB

The Nurse Assistant will be deployed in Care Facilities for terminally ill and elderly in both urban and remote Areas providing high-quality care to patients, assist with activities of daily living, and offer emotional and psychological support to both patients and their families

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

        i.            Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating

       ii.            Help patients with mobility and transfer activities

     iii.            Observe and document patient conditions, including vital signs, changes in condition, and response to treatment

     iv.            Clean and maintain patient rooms and equipment

       v.            Assist nursing staff with procedures and treatments as directed

     vi.            Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families

   vii.            Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

 viii.            Follow all facility policies and procedures for patient care and safety

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

        i.            Must have completed a nursing assistant or patient care giver program.

       ii.            German language level B1.
