Technical Support Specialist will help our clients achieve their mission of accelerating value for longstanding and smooth business operations.
• Become an expert in Odoo’s SaaS/Cloud based applications
• Prioritize, answer, and implement creative and customized solutions for customers
• Create solutions and effectively communicate with clients about their ideas and business processes.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries/issues
• Collaborate with other developers and Odoo consultants about critical issues
• Participate in testing of new and updated apps and provide feedback
• Deliver customized and tailor made apps as per the business processes of the clients
• Gathering constant feedback and provide timely support to the clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in ICT / Business Administration
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in working with Odoo ERP
• Creative thinker and strategic problem solver
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and orally in English.
• Python knowledge for coding/ Designing
• Delivering and producing detailed design of Odoo code & unit test plans.
• Understanding technical requirements, providing appropriate module design in Odoo ERP.
• Troubleshooting and debugging code related issues
• Excited to play an integral role during our company’s most rapid growth period.
• Demonstrate an affinity for Saas products that handle CRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, and other software verticals.
• An affinity with the IT world, you understand what an ERP is and what open source is.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
